Setup and Connection

Initial Setup and Charging

Upon unboxing your E-YOOSO X-44 mouse, it is recommended to fully charge it before first use. The mouse comes with a USB-C to USB-A charging cable. Simply connect the USB-C end to the mouse's front port and the USB-A end to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).

Connecting the Mouse

The E-YOOSO X-44 mouse offers three connection modes: 2.4GHz Wireless, Bluetooth 5.1, and Wired. A switch on the bottom of the mouse allows you to select your preferred mode.

• 2.4GHz Wireless Mode:

  1. Locate the USB dongle (receiver) stored in the compartment on the underside of the mouse.

  2. Plug the USB dongle into an available USB-A port on your computer.

  3. Flip the switch on the bottom of the mouse to the '2.4G' position. The mouse should automatically connect to your computer.

• Bluetooth 5.1 Mode:

  1. Flip the switch on the bottom of the mouse to the 'BT' position. The mouse will enter pairing mode, indicated by a blinking LED light.

  2. On your computer (PC, Mac, tablet), go to Bluetooth settings.

  3. Search for new devices and select 'E-YOOSO X-44' (or similar name) from the list to pair.

  4. Once paired, the LED light on the mouse will become solid, indicating a successful connection.

• Wired Mode:

  1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the front port of the mouse.

  2. Connect the USB-A end of the cable to an available USB-A port on your computer.

  3. The mouse will function immediately in wired mode and will charge simultaneously.

Customization and Operation

Adjusting DPI Levels

The E-YOOSO X-44 mouse allows for on-the-fly DPI adjustment. Use the dedicated DPI button (usually located behind the scroll wheel) to cycle through the 5 preset DPI levels: 1000, 2000, 4000, 8000, and 26000. Each level may be indicated by a different LED color or pattern on the mouse.

Programming Buttons and Macros

To fully customize the 5 programmable buttons and set up macros, you will need to download and install the dedicated E-YOOSO software. This software allows for detailed configuration of button functions, DPI settings, polling rate, and other advanced features.

Maintenance

Battery Charging

The mouse features a rechargeable internal battery. When the battery is low, the mouse's LED indicator may change color or blink. Connect the mouse using the provided USB-C cable to charge. The mouse can be used normally while charging.

Cleaning

To maintain optimal performance, regularly clean your mouse. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the surface. For the optical sensor, use a cotton swab lightly dampened with rubbing alcohol, ensuring no liquid enters the mouse's interior. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Troubleshooting

• Mouse not responding:

  • Ensure the mouse is charged.

  • Check the connection mode switch on the bottom of the mouse (2.4G, BT, or OFF).

  • For 2.4GHz mode, ensure the USB dongle is securely plugged into a working USB port. Try a different USB port.

  • For Bluetooth mode, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the mouse is properly paired. Try re-pairing the mouse.

  • For wired mode, ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the mouse and the computer.

• Lag or erratic movement:

  • Ensure the mouse is fully charged.

  • Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
